Tony is a wonderful person and a truly outstanding real estate agent. We spent years looking for our dream home, and Tony was extremely patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. It was clear that he had our best interests in mind. He never pushed us or made us feel uncomfortable when it came to making decisions and was always willing to listen to our concerns, doubts, and questions. He would always give us his true opinion of the houses we toured, and consistently had the answers to our numerous questions. Tony goes above and beyond for his clients. He was available any time we needed him and worked incredibly hard to get us EXACTLY what we were looking for. He is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and truly enjoys working with his clients, which is why he does an amazing job. Go Tony!!! You will not regret your experience. I couldn't recommend anyone else after the ease of purchasing our first home with him, especially during these uncertain times. There were times my fiancé and I felt we were never going to find our dream home during the pandemic with very little on the market, but Tony assured us after the dozens of homes we walked through there was something better. He turned out to be more than right and we're happy to admit we were outbid on the previous homes because we found one 100x better. Living in Boston, it was hard to keep driving back and forth and Tony was more than accommodating to our after work or weekend hours. One thing that I can truly say was the most helpful was Tony's knowledge in the market, I don't think there was a question he didn't have an honest answer to. He was also very realistic in telling us his input/if he thought a listing was worth it or not, we were not just a quick sale to him and that was really important to us buying our first home. Finally, he connected us with a lender that put us in an entirely different price bracket at an even lower rate, as well as setting up all of our inspection needs. Seriously, we can't thank you enough, Tony! Consider us your forever clients!!

We selected Tony Mallozzi as our realtor to sell our Northborough home where we lived for 36 years. Tony had helped our son purchase his 1st home and later with a rental property. We knew his work ethic, experience, and we trusted him to advise us best on getting the house ready to sell. Upon meeting with Tony in early January 2020 he gave us the punch list of the important 1st impression things to update. Things did get stressful for my husband and I during COVID 19 trying to go to stores and obtain the materials we needed to proceed. Tony never put any pressure on us to rush. We had the house ready by Mid-May to go on the market. Tony was highly confident with the result of our work and staging efforts. Our house hit the market on a Monday and by Wednesday morning we had 2 offers over asking. From offer acceptance thru the closing everything proceeded smoothly. Tony was awesome to work with, very responsive to any questions and provided great guidance and recommendations! We highly recommend Tony to work with if you are selling or buying!
