It was a pleasure for Jan and me to work with Mike Mathieu and Eddy Newton when we were selling our home. They kept us both very well informed, provided valuable insight and were very clearly on top of what was happening in our market. The team they brought to the project were exceptional as well from staging advice to photography. We also appreciated that they utilized an app to give us mobile up to the minute information on appointment requests and feedback. They were very effective in making what can be a stressful undertaking less so. We would certainly make the same decision again.

I was extremely fortunate to have Adam Boyce as my realtor for the sale of my former house and the purchase of my new one. Notwithstanding that he brokered the sale of my home for much more than the asking price and the purchase of my new home for $30K less, Adam went way above and beyond. The hardest task of selling a house is getting it ready for market. My home needed a considerable number of updates and Adam was there to find the highest quality replacements including a fridge to fit in an irregular space. The only thing that I needed to do was pay for the items. Adam had them delivered and expertly installed by quality tradesmen at more than fair prices. Adam’s knowledge of the market and housing construction was particularly invaluable. I found some properties that, on line, seemed appealing, but Adam pointed out deficiencies in them and I was able to avoid imprudent decisions. In the chaos that ensued on moving day that was my doing, Adam was there to get things under control including picking up the loose odds and ends that the movers didn’t take. Most importantly, Adam was a calming presence during what would be an otherwise tumultuous process. I was very happy that I enlisted Adam, and to those considering entering the real estate market, you will be as well.

We sold our house before it went on the market with Edith Paley, a registered real estate broker for Northborough, MA. A good broker knows the town, the people, what's going on in the market for your house, the comps, the town hall officials and makes selling your house a simple, pleasant experience. Edith has all that. She has a rich background of experience, intimate knowledge of Northborough and the surrounding area and gives great advice and coaching. We had a wonderful experience with her and highly recommend her services. The bottom line is she helped us sell our house quickly at a great price and the process was easy. Highly recommended!

I contacted Eric Stinehelfer on a Sunday afternoon asking for his help to make an offer for a house next day, he answered right away and started working on our case and helped us getting the house, I like that he is available via email, phone calls or text messages, he also gave us a great recommendation for the house inspection and has given us many other tips for our future house.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Neil Bock for about a one year period as we navigated buying our first home in Westborough. As first time home buyers, Neil was a consummate professional, taking the time and effort to walk us through all the steps of purchasing our first home in a competitive market. At the same time, Neil listened closely to what we required in a home and never pressured us to move on anything we did not feel 100% confident in buying. Neil was diligent about providing us with all essential information before we put an offer in on a house. This included going to town hall to check for outstanding permits as well as providing us with recent home sale comparisons to guide our offer strategy. When we found the house that is our now home, Neil kept on top of all important dates and served as a great middle man between the sellers, lender and closing attorneys. In short, we could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our first home. We would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking to buy a home.
