The only positive thing I can say about my experience is that the man who works in the office answering the phone is very polite and pleasant. Besides that, Northboro housing authority is completely unorganized and unhelpful. The worst part is the nasty attitude the director and some of her maintenance workers have. They are obviously burnt out and it SHOWS. When you are helping people in situations of homelessness, you should be just that: helpful. Disappointing experience.
