It's a high volume post office, however, there are 4 windows and staff who use them when lines get out the door. It's a simple design to get in and out and parking is also simple with one-way in and one-way out. I gave them 4-stars through no-fault of their own and only because it's always got customers.
Lines can get kinda long here and the workers look overworked and stressed out. Despite that, they offer decent customer service. If you're near Westborough and have to do stuff via USPS, this location is a decent one to go to.
This post office has by far the worst customer service ever. If you have a problem with anything that is on their app you can forget calling them because they will be completely useless.
The employees are always great but the cleaning not so much. We can see much dust and mold clogging those vents. The customers deserve something better than that
Wow. We just wanted to mail a package. That’s it. Worst customer experience we have ever had somewhere. Pen thrown at us. Stamps ripped off our package because the person didn’t bother to look at what we had already placed on the package (not sure why ripping off the stamps was the answer??). Incredibly rude. We just hope the person is okay in life because something must have happened to make a person be that rude and upset.
