We first met Daintria in 2008, when our financial advisor recommended her to do our estate planning. (We have a very modest estate to plan.) We met with her a few times and had a very thorough and frank discussion about our wills and what we want to happen upon our deaths. She listened carefully, asked excellent questions to make sure we understood the implications of our wishes, and made helpful suggestions about how to best accomplish our goals. The result is a hefty volume called an Estate Planning Portfolio. It includes in a single volume all of the documents necessary, including a Living Trust Agreement, wills, power of attorney, a list of all assets in the Living Trust, health care proxies, our marriage license, children's birth certificates; in short, all of the documents we might need related to our financial future. It is a very handy document to have.nnSince 2008, we have met with Daintria annually to prepare out taxes and update the Portfolio as necessary. Daintria is very good at explaining the complexities of estate planning in a way everyone can understand. My elderly mother went to her for help before and after my father passed away. Daintria was very patient with her and showed my mother how to best legally manage and assign her assets before and after his death. She was also very accommodating in allowing my brother and me to sit in on the process. She is a consummate professional who has a great instinct for emphasizing what is important and what is not. She has a gentle way of asking questions which keeps her clients on track and helps them find clarity in what can be a very confusing array of choices. I have already recommended her to family and friends.

I chose the McClure law office because Daintria took the time to understand my concerns and identify the issues I wanted to address. She helped me with a complex situation where I wanted to provide for a disabled sibling and an elderly parent. She is always patient and never rushed as some bigger firms tend to make you feel. She is very knowledgeable and being a CPA as well as an attorney is a plus since estate planning has many tax implications of which I wasn’t even aware. I would highly recommend this firm.
