We are very happy with our experience here, Larissa helped us decide and pick the right material for our kitchen counter tops. They have a great variety of brands and granite slabs. The owner came to meet us personally, which gave a sense that they care of his customers.
Great experience at this countertop shop. Very easy to work with. Larissa was super friendly and patient. We left with an order same day in less than 30 min. Highly recommend. Parents have used this shop a couple times now.
This is our third time using Universal Countertops and their service has always exceeded expectations. I had my kitchen countertops and a curved peninsula top replaced and installed by Universal. They have a very good selection of quartz and granites tops and connected me with their suppliers to see actual large slabs of the quartz samples I was considering. They were very helpful throughout the process and scheduling was easy. Their customer service is great. They went above and beyond by helping me install appropriate legs and support for the peninsula. I highly recommend Universal Countertop.
