Lifeway Mobility sent two outstanding gentlemen to install our lift, Cameron, and Brennan. They were not only professional, but personable, as well. It was their attention to detail that I was most impressed with; they made CERTAIN, before the install was complete, that the lift was safe, tried out, and secure. They were equally respectable, regarding being mindful of wiping their feet each time, while coming in and out of the house. When all was finished, they vacuumed the stairs to remove any debris left from the job. Fine, fine, employees.
Dennis Sarsfield met with Jason DUPRE and contracted with him to have a ramp installed at our home.nHe explained everything in a thorough and professional manner. He couldnt have been nicer.nA real gentleman. A young man named Cameron arrived to install ramp. He did an excellent jobnAnd made sure that I was comfortable using it before he left. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very very pleasant and they definetly keep you in the loop to how the process will be going. Such as parts (needed a repair) and when they would be coming by. And again, service was great and their attitudes were so great.
Lifeway Mobility is a great company to deal with accessibility needs. They are local, and setting up the initial appointment was very easy. Dan is very personable, and assessed our home and provided great solutions that I didn’t think of. We had an awesome team of Dan, Joe, Freddie and John helping us the whole way. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. They stand by everything they do, and make sure it’s right. We are so grateful to have chosen this company to make our home wheelchair accessible.
Dan was fantastic to work with! We needed 2 custom rubber ramps for the SMILE Mass accessible vacation rental. Because we needed something quickly, Dan was kind enough to loan us a metal ramp (we already had one portable metal ramp of our own) so that both doors could be accessible until the custom rubber ramps were delivered.
