Great customer service!
Customer service was great UNTIL you decide to go back and try to change or cancel your ticket. Walked in today asking if we could make some changes to our flight, without even checking what our ticket was and for when she said no we can not do that....okay how about canceling? Sure if you don’t want any of your money back. NEVER once while booking did she say there was a fee for making changes or that you would get nothing back if you try to get a refund. Proceeds to be rude and nasty when trying to make a dispute. She was so adamant about us paying in cash as well, now I see why. Don’t come here unless you want to get robbed! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!
I am absolutely disgusted by the unprofessionalism displayed by H N Express! I had purchased 3 tickets and paid in cash and when I came back in to try to make changes to two of the tickets I was immediately shut down. She takes your money with a big smile but try and get any of it back and she becomes your worst enemy. With most travel agencies the worst that will happen is you don’t get your money back but you get credit towards a future trip or you only get a portion of your money back. I would have been fine with either options but I was never given ANY option besides to walk out the door empty handed. As a business owner myself, I just don’t understand how someone could be so rude and so quick to push a customer out the door after you have taken a few thousand from them. This is just such a shame!
