Drove 2 hours because they said they had the techsuit model I was looking for. I get there and it’s the wrong model...not the suit I wanted. Tell me they can match the price of my team discount only to then say no they can’t bc it’s too much of a discount. I had to buy the suit out of desperation because the other store would have been closed by the time I got back. What ever happened to customer service and making the customer happy after a huge mistake?nWon’t be back.
Their prices are fair and suits cost less than competitors'. A Dolfin brief is $5 less than elsewhere. Their shipping is comparable to other online retailers.
Excellent guidance in fitting suits and goggles, especially tech suits. Yes, they are expensive and their merchandise can be found at online sites for less but you are also paying for their assistance.
