I have to say this was one of the best retail experiences I have had in quite some time. Erika helped us and couldn't have done more to help. Every team member was friendly, knowledgeable of their inventory and very willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Great example of a highly motivated team and great leadership.
Needed to goto old navy for new jeans, I haven't needed new jeans in a long time. Sue was VERY helpful and I didn't have to spend hours trying on every jean for the right fit, thanks to her. She was very knowledgeable about the store and products.
I got a sweater 2 weeks ago. I only wore it once and the sweater was stretched, it became unusable. I wanted to give it back but they refused because I cut the label because it was offensive. I said at least give me store credit and they refused. customer satisfaction is zero. the manager is incapable of taking initiative. The $ 40 sweater is not available and was the last thing I bought from the old nayv.
I felt like I was being watched by security. cuz I had a large tote pocketbook. i will never go back in there. I work in retail so I knew who he was . I would never steal
Had an excellent Curbside Pickup experience. Order was fulfilled quickly (10 minutes after placing it). Pickup was even quicker. I appreciate the service!
