Bought a bike rack. Sales clerk was very helpful in showing me how to assemble it and mount it on my Subaru Forester. Thank you so much.
While the employees here are reasonably friendly, I sadly can’t recommend shopping here. The product I purchased was damaged and not able to be repaired. Because the defect was not knowable until the product was open, the store, pursuant to EMS policy, would not accept a return. I’ve never had an EMS franchise sell me so seriously damaged a product before. I hope that the store will implement better inventory control and storage, but in the meantime, would recommend shopping elsewhere.
The employees were awesome and helped me find a sleeping bag and bug net that are great! The only downside is that I want to buy the whole store...
The staff were very helpful and friendly (I burned up nearly half an hour chatting with the clerk's about different outdoor experiences we've had). They have equipment for nearly any outdoor activity. They often have sales on top brand gear that is too good to pass up. I bagged a pair of scarpas that are 200 from the factory website for about $40.
