I am from Western mass and I attended mass at Saint Francis Xavier today I was struck by the beauty of the church how awesome it is however I was appalled by the lack of people wearing masks I am pretty sure masks are a mandate and not a choice why would Catholics not be willing to protect their neighbor ? I will not be going back there and that is unfortunate ud83dude1e

Just beautiful ! Well worth seeing. Can just imagine the Kennedy's going to church there, very emotional and touching. The doors were open, so we could go in and sit and truly enjoy the majesty; beautiful sanctuary with stained glass windows, and be in peace & solitude. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, in September.

St. Francis Xavier is a Beautiful as well as Historic Catholic Church. President John F Kennedy attended Mass here during the Summers. His bench is marked.nnThere is a large parking lot in the back of the church. There is also a small parking area in the front right side of the church.nnThere are regular Sunday Catholic Masses including a Latin and Brazilian Mass. Daily Mass is available. St. Francis Xavier faces South street which is two lanes and a one way street.

I frequent the food pantry there once a month and God bless them all... its such a big help for me and my family... the ladies that work there are just wonderful.
