We've been residents for almost a year now and the management company is very professional and responsive. We were having issues with our washer and dryer and within a week they replaced them with new machines. Relatedly, we started having some gapping in our floor boards and they had flooring contractors sent out immediately and the problem was fixed right away. The daytime concierge is also great and she makes an effort to get to know everyone and is very helpful. Anyone looking for an apartment in the seaport should have the Waterside on their list of options.

One of the best, if not THE best, building in Boston. Get an apartment with water views, and you’ll never want to leave. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in seaport, and honestly, I don’t know why anyone else would.

My husband and i moved into waterside place about a month ago and from the apartment visit to settling in it has been an excellent experience. Troy from the leasing office has been very sincere and helpful. We had many questions for him and visited the units a few times before we could make up our minds and he has always been cheerful and patient with us. Also, the staff at the concierge has been excellent too, especially Myoka, she’s been so responsive, friendly and would always offer solutions for us when we needed. The service provided by the maintenance team at the Waterside place is also exceptional. Ariel and Ahmed have been so responsive to my requests at the portal for residents and they are very professional, skillful and efficient. We appreciate their help so much!
