Just moved into Ora Seaport in Nov 2020. Moved here from Chicago where these types of buildings are fairly common with the amenities, gym, rooftop pool, etc. I would say this is the nicest building I have toured in either city. Units are relatively small, but designed very well where you don't feel confined. I toured 4 of the newer buildings in Boston, Ora came out on top for many reasons. Views and amenities are by far the best.nnFrom a staff perspective, Ryan and Eliza were both excellent to deal with before and after signing the lease. Both very communicative and available for an email or phone call which was much appreciated.
