My wife and I lived at Harbor Point for 2 years and we enjoyed every bit of it. They offer the best rent deal in the city with the perks of being close to the Red Line, having a gym, tennis courts, and pool on site, and being right on the Harbor Walk where you can run and bike with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Since we moved in, management has only gotten better: they've upgraded the washer and dryers with new appliances, they banned smoking in the buildings, and they allowed pets. Best of all they have a more responsive management team that helps you with maintenance issues and helped make our move-out transition very easy.nnI really did not like that they took our security deposit for damage we never created. That left a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been living here for a while, and a recently incident disappoint me.nI locked myself out while both my roommates are out of town for the holiday. So I had to go to the security for help. I was told that I will be charged for $50 for them to open the door for me (that cost them like 5 mints?!). Then I emailed the management for help in term of the fee. I was telling them how hard 2020 was and it is such a high fee for a 5 mins service. What I was told is : if you look up other unlock services online, it will cost you $150. I feel very disappointed that this is the answer I get! This answer is either professional or Sympatheticuff01I did read a lot of bad comments regarding the bad behavior about the managing team. This is the first time I felt so bad about it.nnMy experience with harbor point is mixed. I love the fact that it's super close to the water. The leasing agent Tom was very nice and helpful. He's evening sending emails about informations of roommates for the time when I was looking for one. But the maintenance need to be improved. The elevator was broken the day we were suppose to move in, and it was broken a couple of times after that too. A lot of pipe leak when we step in the apartment first time. Luckily the maintenance team were sent on time and the problem was fixed.

We have lived at Harbor Point for 2 years now and just signed a lease for another year. We lived in a 2 bed/2 bath and now moving to a 2 bed/1 bath with a outdoor back space.nWe personally have worked with Deb and Justin and they were absolutely incredible! They are so responsive and we’re more than willing to help us with anything we needed.nWe worked with Deb on what unit we were looking for, and she got the job done so quickly!nWe love Harbor Point because it is a great location with parking (which is a game changer in the city). The gym, pool and tennis courts is a added bonus as well! We also love to sit by the water at the picnic tables and watch the sunset / hang out.nI feel safe here and would highly recommend!

It is unusual for me to write reviews and specifically bad reviews. There are pros and cons of living at harbor pointnnPros: There is no doubt that Location is beautiful and convenient. I lived here because it was close to work.nnCons: There are manyn1. Apartments are poorly maintainedn2. For last two years , you can smell weed everywhere. Not a good place if you have kids.n3. Management office never picks up phone and You can never talk to a person. On the other hand someone will always pick up phone in leasing office. They have their priorities setn4. Management is cheap and is always looking for opportunities to squeeze money out of your pocket.n- I moved to 3 different apartments in their property and they never deducted anything from my deposit. As soon as You move out of the property, they penalizes you by deducting money for irrelevant things. This is common and I have heard from many people.n5. The process is unfair as a detailed inspection report is not provided, no explanation or human to human interaction about the reasons for deduction and the only time you learn about it is when you receive your check back.nnSummary: Beautiful exterior, poorly maintained apartments, weed everywhere, hard to talk to anyone in management office and cheap management.
