Sun Property Group deserves a 0/10 rating, they are absolute nightmare. Even if you find the best apartment ever, DO NOT work with this company. If you see a rating over 2 stars, it's safe to say that it is someone who works there.nnFor Context:nI was prepared to sign a lease because it was a beautiful apartment, but Sun Property Group would go weeks at a time without responding to multiple calls and emails. My roommates and I had to find out about a black mold problem in the apartment from previous tenants, who said that management refused to address the issue until it was too late.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is extremely unprofessional. When going to view the apartment I was met with a very nice maintenance man. No one from the actual leasing company showed up, not a broker or realtor. The maintenance man did not have keys himself and it took over 20 mins for him to locate the keys from the broker who had forgotten to send him in the information and was extremely hard to reach. After signing the lease and sending in the full deposit, upwards of 10,000$, the company then sent an email saying that we had not been approved, even though the application had already been approved and the lease was sent. The leasing office was extremely non-responsive taking multiple days and emails to even respond. I still have not received my money back and they wasted 2 weeks of my time looking for a place to live and now have less than a month to find somewhere.

The worst management I have ever met. Does not reply emails. Pretend to know nothing. Does not perform their duties properly. Only care about collecting the fees.

Terrible Management. We were welcomed into our apartment with a huge mess of trash and walls and floors scuffed up. The whole place needed to be repainted and have the trimming re-done. Management refused to work on it. We also had a huge mouse problem where the mice dug multiple holes behind our oven through the walls. I personally bought well over $250 worth of mice traps (which were not reimbursedn) and ended up killing well over 20 mice. The whole unit had a foundation problem. We made multiple calls, emails everything for them to come in and exterminate and fix the holes. When they would call an exterminator they would give us excuses why they couldn't fix the problem like drawers open and clothes out in the bedrooms. Unless the place was literally spotless from the rooms to the kitchen, they refused to fix the mouse problem. Yet, we cleaned mouse feces on the kitchen counters daily and weekly during the winter. This management should literally be shutdown.
