Highly recommend reaching out to Blair Capital for your home purchase needs. Annmarie was great! She helped my wife and I find the perfect home for us, was always available on short notice to help coordinate showings or sort things out as we got closer to closing and was very clear and direct in laying out our options and pros & cons for each property. Don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if I did I would definitely reach out to Annmarie again!

Was shown an apartment promptly by their staff. Very punctual. Knowledgeable of the property. Sadly, had a personal issue keep me from signing final documentation. No issues whatsoever. Upfront about the whole process. Would recommend 100%.

I would HIGHLY recommend going through Blair Capital. I worked with Annmarie twice over the past couple of years and she was always honest and helpful. She takes the time to find out exactly what you are looking for and doesn’t waste any time. Working with Annmarie was awesome! My 3 roommates and I had been looking for apartments in South Boston, and came across a listing on Zillow that we loved. Annmarie got back to us right away, and showed us the apartment at our convenience. She was so helpful and made us feel right at home. She was extremely timely, responsive, and transparent.
