As a first time home buyer I didnt really understand the need for a realtor. With so many apps to find houses I thought what value does a realtor really bring? Well Stephanie completely changed my my mind and showed me how wrong I was! Her skill set isn't just finding you a house but being an invaluable and trusted advisor during the process. She was patient with all our questions and taught us all the signs and red flags to look out for when viewing a house. She was our advocate and made sure to represent us so strongly that, even in this crazy covid market, we got our dream house under asking. We were terrified of over paying just to get any house but she always stayed optimistic and helped us wait till we found the right house. Thank you Stephanie for helping us find not just a house but somewhere we can be proud to call our home!

Damian and his crew are professional, thorough and courteous. Before beginning our home projects, Damian went through our house with us to see the specific areas that needed attention. In addition to reviewing the repairs we needed, he noted some areas that we hadn’t considered, but that were important—and we wanted to have done. He provided both cost and time estimates for the work and kept to his schedule and estimates. At the onset of the main project, he uncovered some considerable damage, and before proceeding, contacted us. Together we examined it and he went ahead. His team had the skills and expertise to handle all of our projects. When everything was complete, he did a complete home inspection with us to ensure that everything had been done to our satisfaction.nnWhen we have other home projects we will contact Damian. I highly recommend his work, conscientious approach and attention to detail.
