I have bought and sold many houses but the Best real estate agent I have ever had by far is Angela Simonds. When I tell you she went above and far beyond any agent I have ever had, I am not exaggerating. She was truly impressive!nAngela was referred to me and I told her right from the start that I could not work with an agent unless they were available to show asap as the market was hot and homes were selling way above ask and she understood. She was always ready, willing and able to go at a moments notice.nThe first house I tried to purchase needed a strong negotiator to be able to get us the house as there were so many offers coming in at once. She succeeded. We ran into problems with water because it was a well and she actually offered part of her commission to help me fix the issue. For other reasons we did not take that house, but we were quickly on to the next.nWhen I did settle on a house she helped me negotiate repairs and a sellers credit and she did a great job. She paid for a house cleaner to professionally clean the home for us! She put me in touch with other people she knew to help me solve all my issues.nShe was quick to remind me when I needed documents etc. She literally called the electric company for me when they could not find the address and she drove out to get the meter number! She stayed in touch with attorney's and brokers to make sure all was moving along. She went out of her way to come to the closing, She even offered to bring us dinner the night we moved!nShe was very organized and prompt. There are so many things to say, but after working with Angela I would never consider working with another agent again.nShe really reminded me that there are great people out there who not only do their job well. but they care about the people they do the job for!
