V-1 Parking slot stole $45 from me when they would not honor my parking pass when I stayed at the Hyatt Place across the street. The parking pass was $15. Avoid this lot at all costs - this company is scamming people and their customer service is trash.
Convenient location for parking, quite often leave a car here.
If you need to go to the port, this is the closest place where you can leave your car. I am very glad that there are parking spaces!
WICKED easy to park here! I reserved a parking space five days in advance using the Spot Hero app for $25. While there were parking spots that were cheaper, they were farther away from the venue I was going to. It was fairly easy to find the garage, though I'll admit to driving past it and having to turn around.nnUsing the app, the entrance gate will scan the QR code, the gate lifts, and off you go! Leaving, you have to scan the QR code again. Unfortunately, I had a bit of difficulty scanning the code, so an attendant did it for my. Off we went! I would definitely consider using this garage again!
It's well lit and accessible through the Seaport Hotel. Vehicle entrance and exit are on Congress Street. Not great that there's no discount rates for weeknight parking after 5pm or flat rate parking for weekends. On the upside, it's close to the restaurants and Trade Center.
