Working in the seaport area for over a year now and this has been a great place to park, day to day or month to month. The people in the office have been very helpful over the past year, always very prompt and professional. I’d recommend parking here if your gonna be working in the area.

We have been parking 3 cars at SBWTC South Boston for two years now. The staff at the garage are always friendly and helpful! They are always very accommodating!
I inquired about monthly parking rates today.nnI park half a mile down the road in a garage for $275. I saw SBWTC was running a special for construction workers only for $275. This garage is more convenient to my apartment so I asked if they would willing to match my price / grant me that special even though I'm not a construction worker.nnThe employee I spoke with very abruptly and rudely said no without any consideration. Seems like a missed opportunity to me and poor customer service.nnHave fun filling up your empty garage during covid! :)
Hands down, the rudest staff imaginable - every chance they get, they are nasty and flat out obnoxious; including the manager. What’s more, they don’t know the website (prepaid) rates, so they will try and charge you higher once on site. To say this place is a mess is an understatement. Steer clear.
