Wish I could give negative stars.The sign says $20 for up to 3 hours and I left after 2 hrs and 40 min and the attendant wouldn’t let me out unless I paid $28. Huge language barrier so I gave up. DO NOT USE- arbitrary rates.
High parking price, what else to say.
It is okay
No proper way of handling overselling of the lot. The lot is smaller than percieved from the pictures. Was told to send a picture of my receipt for a refund that will take up to 40hrs, it has now been 72hrs and still no refund. If they had a parking lot attendant, I never saw them and it's a shame because that would probably solve a lot of the problems. If you use this lot is definitely wouldn't recommend paying in advance, seems like a scam.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to park there after buying my parking pass a month earlier and found the lot overflowing. I knew there was a convention coming and purchased ahead just to secure a spot only to get there and there be cars parked in no parking zones just to park there. I had to go find parking somewhere's else and waste more time and money. And to top it off they are beyond difficult to get ahold of and nobody is returning my calls or emails. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They clearly just want to rake in the money and don't care if there is actually enough spaces for what they are selling.
