This place is very family friendly and a good value.. our family has gone hereb for years.

I've been going to Dr. O'Brien since 1990.nMy wife soon followed, as did our children ,followed by our extended family members.nHes honest, reasonably priced and works with most major dental insurance companies.nI recommend his practice highly!

My whole family and I have been going to Dr. O'Brien for years. The office staff are welcoming and accommodating and Dr. O'Brien himself is so very kind. We have never had an issue with them over the many years that we have been seeing them and we would recommend them to anyone!

I had an awful experience with the receptionist at William O'Brien's office. She was rude to me as well as condescending. I continually had problems with my appointments. I would call to reschedule and they would say I didn't, they wanted to charge me for an appointment that I called about earlier on to cancel. They told me I couldn't reschedule until I pay the cancellation fee for missing an appointment that I was disputing. I asked several times that they call ME and not my husband to remind me about appointments and she proceeded to tell me that she should be able to call a member of my family to have them inform me of my appointments. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager the last time I called because I felt that she was not pleasant and was not helping me, she claimed she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to someone else in the office because we were arguing and I was trying to explain my situation and she told me they were busy. I asked to have the dentist call me back and she said she would not have him call me. She told me that it would be best that I get another dentist at this time because I was too busy to come in for my appointments. Be ware of that office. It is a shame because the dentist is nice, but if you have a problem...the receptionist is rude and unprofessional and I have enough stress in my life to have to deal with grumpy office staff.

When my boys were little, Dr Obrien was the only one in the area that took kids and their insurance. My boys are adults and still go ,he is nice, kind, and considerate. After a while I had asked if he would take my husband and I on as patients and he did. I have to tell you I had a very traumatic experience with a dentist when I was small, and was very scared but needed some work done. I explained my past experience and I couldn't ask for a more gentle, considerate dentist. I am still a little nervous when I walk in the door, but the hygienist and Dr Obrien always put me at ease, but in my case he is the best.
