My friends and I walked in yesterday for a birthday celebration, and we were fairly loud. They had a good selection of music available though not up to date by about (my best guess) 3-ish months? The place was clean and my friends and I had fun. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't try any. The bottom floor (where the bathrooms are) was just very chilly. Overall, I had a good time.
Now that I've experienced KTV, it will definitely be my preferred karaoke bar. Service is attentive and fast. The food is on par with the Asian restaurants in the area. We ordered their wings and calamari and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The rooms are clean and equipment works as it should.
Went for my birthday, reserved 2 weeks in advance and it took forever to book over the phone, and they also booked us for the wrong day. I called the day of to check on my reservation and they were fully booked for the time I had previously booked. We still had a great time there but I was really disappointed by the service and lack of email or text confirmation. We also had to go three hours later than we booked due to them messing up the reservation, and they still expected us to pay for bottled water. I would have expected at least to have water on the house after they messed up. Overall, this place could have been really great if the service wasn't terrible.
Just had a fantastic outing to Station Bistro with my husband. Hilarious karaoke show, very intimate setting, and a super night all around. Its so nice to have something like this in Boston. I saw Fine Line here with my husband and they were awesome! We had some selection of the English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese genres, and we had a blast. It's great to have a Karaoke like this here in Boston, really convenient for us locals.nI'll definitely recommend this place for others.
I wanted to like this place but the technology to pick songs is VERY challenging to use if you don’t speak mandarin. The system defaults to mandarin and you have to change the language each time you want to pick a song. Nothing displays properly in English so we spent half of the time frustrated with the system and wasted a lot of time when you’re paying an hourly rate. They also don’t have a very good selection of classic songs that are great for karaoke. I recommend they invest in a better system that also displays the songs in a way that you can anticipate the lyrics. The words showed up really late and that was also super annoying. Definitely won’t be going back here as everyone in our party spent 3 hours being frustrated
