Posted 8/2020: Staff say many things that are misleading, have no concrete timeframe or standards for providing services and give you information that is useless.nnThey wouldn't even talk to me from qualifying in march until almost July due to covid 19. This service is apparently not Deemed an essential Business by the MA government! Would give 0 stars if I could.nn*Update* 9/4/2020nFrom bad to worse. The DDS caseworker assigned to me contacted me with more information referrals, but did not offer any information or updates on services I applied for (And qualify for) through DDS. These include transportation and other home support services. I was never given a timeline or dds policy statement on when i can receive services i applied for and waited 9 months to qualify for.nnI told my worker again that I am not looking for information referrals, as i can call medicaid or medicare or 211 state services information lines for that as needed.nnI have asked them not to contact me through email or by phone unless they can provide requested services.
