Excellent staff, starting with the receptionist to the techs and Oncologists and nursesnThey are all very caring and always wear a smile.nSmiling all day can’t be easy when everyone walking in has cancer and most some degree of depression !nThey are efficient and professional, they try and make you feel at ease in an uneasy situationnnMy life is literally in their hands, and I am comfortable with that knowledge!nnAMAZING STAFFnnTHANKS

Started out absolutely wonderful, made feel comfortable, safe, listened to for the most part. Then it started out with the social worker does absolutely no social working at all and when i voiced my concerns multiple times nothing was done about it. Then it was the Physicians Assistant who constantly told me that I had every horrible side effects from the chemo possible (like I did not already know that, I was the one suffering) then one day she called me “not normal.” What IS normal when it comes to cancer? And being a nurse myself you never compare one patient to another, and being called not normal when I’m already suffering was just appalling! I reported her to my Oncologist who attempted to try and make me understand what she meant. As the months went on I began to just feel like a number not a patient. The good listening they had been doing in the beginning soon went away altogether. Every week I went in I had to go in like feeling like I had to be ready to fight bc I was the only one advocating for myself. Some weeks were fine, went smoothly, however, others not so much. Now at this point in my treatment they just make me feel like a nuisance. They are desensitized bc it’s cancer all day everyday for them, it’s all they see. The only positive thing I can say is that the majority of the nurses are great, trust me not all, but for the most part the nurses are wonderful. I would highly not recommend the DF Milford campus at all to anyone!
