I am so happy with the service at Franks! The sales person Chris was very helpful and friendly, the price of my new fridge was less than I expected (how often does that happen?), and the delivery guys were great! A much better experience than dealing with a big box store!
Great deals, knowledgeable staff, easy to set up delivery and they were kind enough to work with our schedule on that. We are very happy with our experience at Frank’s. Our new appliances are great and we would definitely go back to Frank’s next time we need anything.
Frank's Appliance in Milford is still tops for me. This is our second appliance purchased this year from Frank's, Forget the big box stores. Frank's Appliance delivers better value and service. Stephan ( Store Manager) is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. My electric range failed just before Thanksgiving. Appliance supply is low due to Covid. We communicated with Frank's on the phone and by email to determine the best replacement product. Stephan's recommendations were excellent and the range will be delivered on Friday. My wife and I are happy campers
We went to Frank's to purchase a new washer/dryer. Store manager made it very easy and swift. we knew what we wanted and he pointed out perks. We expected to be there a long time-like buying a car but we were done in no time
Sealed the deal with one phone call. Very good service over the phone. Took the time to explain features and convinced me not to get the one I originally wanted. Very excited to get new washer next Tuesday!!!!
