I have used them for my pellets and maintenance for 3 years now. They have great pellets.nnThere service is what is a rip off. They charge $269 to come out to fix items. Don’t have all parts on truck, charge you another $99 to come back with part. Spent $369 for 2 hrs of work, rip off ! Plus charged another $200 for parts that they mark up. Can get the parts they replaced for much cheaper online. Double rip off. Won’t get another $ from me. Tried to discuss with them and they said that’s what they charge.
Royal Fireside has been very helpful. I bought a pellet stove from them a couple of years ago. The installation went very well. The service has been very good. Greg has serviced the stove and he keeps the area clean, is very professional, and answers all my questions. They've been good delivering the pellets. Lisa has been very pleasant and helpful on the phone taking my orders and scheduling service. I highly recommend them.

I bought my pellet stove from Royal Fireside about twelve years ago and buy my pellets from them always. They are great to deal with. Also, I have had a couple of repair issues through the years with the stove as you would expect running 24/7 in the winter. I'd call them up and they'd diagnose the problem over the phone, send me the part and being handy I'd fix it myself.nPellet deliveries have always been on time and courteous. Staff is great.
Bought Pellets there - the manager came out and suggested what pellets to use - they worked great, so much better than the cheap pellets at Walmart of the box stores. I am so surprised at the difference in heat! I'll stick with their pellets - they worked out great!
