Prime Chevrolet Hyannis provided me with an Awesome experience in purchasing a new vehicle. They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made suggestions without applying any pressure. Additionally, explanations were forth coming, honest without any of the usual go around that is incurred at other dealerships. I felt I was valued as a potential customer, but more importantly I was impressed how they handled me as an adult woman. Mr. Drew Tomkinson, Mr. Seth Goldstein, Mr. Kerrigan and their Tech guru Dave went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this dealership! I am looking forward to a long relationship with this business.

Having owned many vehicles this dealership by far exceeded all my expectations. From the inquiry phone call to the closing of the sale everyone was professional, courteous and the buying process went smoothly. I highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could. My salesperson David and Finance Mgr Caleb were outstanding.. Will be buying from them in the future.

I always have wonderful experiences dealing with Prime Chevrolet Hyannis. I asked for my vehicle to be ready by noon and it was done early!!! I also didn't realize I needed an inspection sticker, and they took initiative to get it done without bothering me for authorization. they have the customer's vehicle's best interest in mind. Wouldn't take my care anywhere else! Wonderful service.

I will never go to this dealership again for service and or to buy vehicles I have previously bought four vehicles here and now due to the awful service and attitude from Justin the service manager I will never go there ever again!

There are no words to express how grateful I am for this dealership. If 10 stars were possible they would get more than that. The service department is more than amazing. I purchased a vehicle out of state at a different dealership & unfortunately 19 days into owning it I ran into repairs that should have been fixed before the vehicle was placed on the lot for purchase. Prime Chevy was not responsible at all for another dealerships errors although they were the ones who were more understanding and rectified the repairs and worked with me in such a timely respectful manner. I was back in my vehicle in no time, all fixed and no hassle. (Which I did not receive from the other dealer.) I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know! I recommend anyone to visit Prime Chevy for all your needs! Special shout out to Cammy (sorry if I’m spelling this wrong!) in the service department for her amazing work ethic, respect & help she has been providing since my first visit there. Thank you too Morgan as well for contributing to service I received! I know most definitely where I will be purchasing my next car! Thank you again Prime Chevy!
