We knew what model and features we wanted in a car before we we to the dealership. While we had to wait a few weeks, Matt the sales person, was able to get us the exact car we wanted. He kept us updated on the status of the delivery and was great at explaining all of the features and operation of the car. The sales manager, Chris, was equally good at explaining the pricing and options. He was friendly and not high pressure. All in all we were very happy with our experience at Prime Subaru.
Fantastic service department!! I bought my car here in Nov 2010 and I've been bringing my car back ever since. They've always taken great care of me and, if for some reason something wasn't fixed to my full satisfaction, they would make sure they get it right. I've never had an issue getting a loaner vehicle if needed, which is a huge help for me. Very happy to do business here.
The service department was prompt and efficient which was nice. I appreciated the shuttle service as well. Pi was an Awesome driver and story teller. I’m new to the area and I felt like I was treated like a local.
I’m not local to the area however I do work in the area and I have used Prime multiple times and I have always had a great experience. The service department is great to deal with and pricing for work I have had done has been lower than most private garages I’ve used. Just the oil change for my Legacy is roughly $30 cheaper at the Prime Subaru dealership than the 15 min oil change places. I will always use them when I’m working in the Cape Cod area and I recommend them to anyone in need of service.
Unfortunately a very long wait. Other than that , the work was perfect. The staff very helpful, respectful and kind. The waiting room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely go there again.
