I have been a long time customer of LR of Cape Cod through the service department which has always been incredible to work with, but this time I was there to purchase. From the moment I emailed about one of the cars, to driving away in my new car a few hours later, every employee and process was impeccable. Shannon with customer service truly goes above and beyond and even texts with me to answer my questions! John in sales was no pressure, friendly, and so wonderful to work with, and the finance manager was helpful and great to work with. I was given a fair price for my trade and all options were provided, again with no pressure. I can’t believe what an easy, fast, and fun process this was. I am thrilled with my experience and won’t go anywhere else!

Quick and convenient. I had originally scheduled my yearly service on my Range Rover with a Land Rover dealership closer to my home. After learning that I would have to drop my car off for 24 hours at that dealership, I called Land Rover of Cape Cod. They assured me my service would only take approximately 1.5 hours. I arrived to the dealership for my service with my 3 month old. They took my RR in immediately, took all my information and showed me to a waiting room tucked in the corner where my son and I could wait. About 45 minutes later I was asked if I had time for my car to be washed as well. I’m glad she took into consideration that I had my infant with me and might not have had time for that depending on how he was doing. We were in and out in about an hour! Service and wash! They were all very thoughtful, considerate and accommodating to my son and I. We will definitely be using Land Rover Cape Cod for all our future services!

Land Rover Cape Cod had a vehicle that was comparable to what we had been looking for on-line. They had a variety of vehicles that fit the bill. Joseph, the sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The Whole process was painless and the whole team gets kudos from my wife and I.

I don't ever write reviews and I am a super easy customer - Leased a 2020 Range Rover from these guys and it had a severe computer issue, it took them over a week to fix and get work approved from Land Rover so I was in a loaner vehicle. Loaner vehicle was nice but it was just a loaner it had the normal wear you would expect, Long story short I got a flat tire in the loaner... expecting to have to buy a new tire from the dealer ship I purchased the vehicle from is aggravating but that's life.. they charged my credit card $1800 purchased themselves a brand new wheel and tire. I left 3 messages with the manager he never returned a single call. Insane how a warranty issue with a brand new vehicle with 3,000 miles on it ends up costing me $1800 while im out of work in the first few months of a pandemic.
