I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer from Sunshine Florence at the Hyannis office. I have been thoroughly satisficed. Sunshine could not have been more helpful during the transaction. I will glad to recommend him to anybody.
The absolute worst service i have EVER experienced. We have bought all of our company vehicles there for over 25 years. We dropped our service truck off for repairs. They never called us back. WE left several messages without a call and finally picked up the truck and took it to colonial ford in Plymouth,ma. They fixed it in one day. We will never buy or go to Balise ford again. Ever since Tom McCarthy left their service dept. it is a disaster.
The vehicle I wanted was already sold, but Michael was courteous enough to give me a call and let me know when he didn't even have to. Will definitely continue to check out their site to see if anything else gets listed that catches my eye!
