Volvo Cars Cape Cod, A Premier Company

It was exceedingly difficult to secure an appointment even with 4 to 6 week lead times. Andrea is super accommodating and helpful, but the Service Dept. as a whole is not functioning well and given the excessive lead times are likely working with a skeleton staff. Once I received the appointment I then had another excessively long lead time to secure the parts (A/C evaporator). Then to top things off, the replacement of the evaporator did not solve the A/C problem and I was faced with a drive down to Florida with zero A/C. Now I am waiting again to get an appointment at A Volvo dealer down here in Florida. But it’s OK....ITS ONLY 85 degrees with 90% humidity here. If Volvo really cared about their customers, the FL and Cape Cod dealers would collaborate on a solution for their customer and until they find one, they issue an equivalent loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, including the wait times for an appointment, for ordering of parts, and finally the repair itself. Instead, they operate as independent businesses completely unrelated to each other, despite BOTH being Certified Volvo Dealerships. But instead all I get is.... wait for it... crickets. This experience will make me (and should make all consumers) think twice about ever buying another Volvo product. Hopefully this is not a function of the fact that they are now owned by the Chinese. It will be interesting if I get any response to this survey which was solicited by Volvo itself.

No smoke. No mirrors. No “I will have to check with my manager.” This is a first rate dealership with a first rate facility and first rate sales and service professionals. This is my second purchase. Thank you Harold Reilly , Mike Mullen and Service Team.

We liked the no haggle process. It was simple, clean and straight forward. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

UPDATE: Many thanks to the Volvo general manager and service manager who reached out to me regarding my complaint. They more than graciously offered a full detailing of my car. Customer service still is number one priority for this dealership. ********** The service was good, and the customer service impeccable. However the condition of car when it was returned was infuriating. I had just spent 4 1/2 hours detailing my car. After my service was performed, the entire car was covered in a layer of grease. I could barely see out of my windows! My husband and I had to spend an additional 3 hours of labor just to clean up the mess the mechanic made of my car. I was tempted to charge the dealership for the 6 hours of labor my husband and I put in and the additional supplies I needed to purchase to clean. I spent over 1,500 on the work done on my car, the least that should have been done was return it as clean or cleaner than it was brought in.

this past week i had a problem with the passenger seat. I gave Premier Volvo a call and I was able to swing by within the hour and they brought it in. The issue was more than they could fix in the very short time I had that day but the willingness to have me come right over and take a look is the level of service I've come to expect from this dealership. Top Notch everytime!
