Crooks! Don't deal with them. I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper in March, at the start of Covid 19, drove 1200 miles between then and August 6th, the engine BLEW! Their remedy, SPEND 3000 more dollars on another engine! The car is only worth the $6000.00 I financed. Now I'm stuck with a $6000 paper weight. Best buds when you're buying the epitome of a used car salesman when you have an issue. Not interested in keeping happy customers. Please don't get screwed like I did! Fortunately, I have spoken to a couple other used car dealership owners since who have told me, NEVER, would they treat A customer this way! This post in no way is meant to insult any of the many dealerships who have much better morals.

Great customer service.nI bought my wife's van there, after the car warranty had expired it had a problem with the defrost heating they fix it and still didn't want to charge me for it.nBest place to buy a preown car.

First time financing a vehicle by myself & Jonathan was incredible ! So helpful & informative . Made sure every angle and Avenue was gone through & I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend Exit Auto to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle & looking to receive excellent customer service . I am more than satisfied.nAlso just came back for a shake in my steering wheel when I braked on the highway, got me in the next day and pads and rotors are being replaced right now. No charge .. most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. Nicest people. Jonathan never fails to make sure I’m taken care of. I Appreciate all of you at Exit Auto in Hyannis!!
