The Staff at Tracey Volkswagon was friendly and extremely helpful. I spoke to Jay the manager on a Saturday afternoon after I had left a neighboring dealership very upset at the lack of service. Jay told me to come right over and someone would be available to help me. My salesman John Crowley was efficient, friendly and very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. Jim Helgersen was great at explaining the financial and warranty details and getting me set up with what I needed. This was my first but certainly not last buying experience from Tracey! Thank you all for being such a great team!

I inquired about trading in my current VW and possibly leasing a new one, i was asked how much i was hoping for a monthly payment and when i gave my answered i was laughed at and told i was crazy. This was very rude and so unprofessional. Been bringing my car their for years and always felt they didn’t care about customers service and working with customer. Will never do business with them again and highly recommend no one else does!!!!!!

Always get my car serviced here. Very clean, very professional, and the work is always done either right on time or earlier than expected. Everyone here is friendly as well. I have no reason not to continue to take my car here for service for the foreseeable future.
