I wish to get a electric toyota car in the near future
Honestly this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I actually purchased my new 2021 4Runner with a few simple phone calls. Upon arrival at the dealer my new vehicle was sitting out front all cleaned up and ready. After completing all of the paperwork, within less than an hour I was driving away. The Hyannis Toyota team was very organized, very knowledgeable and I will most definitely return!
My experience with Toyota Hyannis, and Craig Kinney in particular, was outstanding. The level of beneficial communication was perfect and everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I could have placed my special order with any dealer near my hometown in Boston, but no one had the level of responsiveness of Toyota Hyannis. I had my new car in weeks instead of months.
Great first time Service experience! Had an 8 AM appointment, walked right in and met with Colleen who went over the work-order. She then directed me to Dan who set me up with a loaner vehicle, and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. I picked up my car later in the day with new tires and brakes. The mechanic did a great job! Very happy.
