I’ve been to a few dealers in past, I have Zero credit history. I usually get the sorry sir no credit you need a co-signer. And I just forget it and pay 3,000 for a used car that I sink $$ into. This dealership was unique not only were they very helpful they lowered my payments to where I could afford it especially for a first time buyer! Very friendly atmosphere everyone wore a mask, very impressive I will do business again here and tell my family and friends to go to Hyannis Honda!! Thank you for my first car loan mike and Shane

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 3 months from Frank at Hyannis Honda and he and his team were awesome. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda there is absolutely no need to travel off Cape to the big multi-line dealers to get a great deal. Keep your $$$$ on the Cape and support the local business folks and get a great deal at the same time.

If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would. I’ve brought my Honda to this location for service for the past 4 years, 95,000 miles. About 30,000 miles ago I complained about a rattling sound and the techs “couldn’t reproduce it” and sent me on my way. Two weeks ago I brought it back for routine service and to look at the rattling sound that wouldn’t stop and the shuttering that started the day before when I accelerate. I was told by the service advisor, Kayla, there is nothing wrong with my car, it needed a software update, and sent me on my way. I left the dealership with a louder rattle and more aggressive shuttering. I called back multiple times that week because something did not seek right, and was told every time by Kayla, in an incredibly rude manner, that nothing is wrong with my car, I can bring it back Monday but will pay for the time it takes to tell me nothing is wrong because the techs and managers all drove my car when it was there and it’s fine. Brought my car to another Honda dealership and was immediately told I cannot drive my car, it’s too dangerous, and they are shocked I got there in one piece. My entire transmission and trans axle needs to be replaced. The rattling sound I noticed 30,000 miles ago was the first indicator of this. I’m extremely disappointed with Hyannis Honda, their lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, and willingness to send me home in a dangerous vehicle. Negligence to say the least. I’ll be passing my story along to everyone I know to stay away from Hyannis Honda. They don’t know what they’re doing.

I bought my Civic Type R from Tom, out of State no less. Everything was handled professionally and as quickly as possible. It's a shame I live 10 hours away, or they would be my regular dealer
