Used the McDonald's app to order food. They didn't have properly signed online order parking, so we went through the drive-thru. They asked us to pull around, park, and they'd bring our food out to us. After waiting they came to our window and stated there was a problem on their end with our online order, and it hasn't been paid. They asked us to again go through the drive-thru and pay. We showed them our online order confirmation that it was paid, and that they simply needed to input the online code and they'd see. They argued that it was not paid for. We gave them our card, paid, and left with food that wasn't even warm. Sure enough, we checked our credit card and we were charged TWICE. once by the online app, and once by their register. We were leaving the cape that night, and are unable to go on person to contest the second charge. They simply don't understand what they're doing.

takes forever to get food they always move people to wait in the parking lot so they don’t go over the time they’re supposed to -terrible service

Worst customer service ever. I wanted to use my coupon for large fries but they took my phone & deleted my coupon & I couldn’t use it (had to pay full price) Been using coupon for many times never had a problem but this time... not good. ud83dudc4eud83cudffb

Waited a while for service (walk in, waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my order, another 5 minutes for the food). Asked for a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle, but got a sausage egg and cheese. The food and the latte I got was good though.
