After filing a complaint regarding my electric company turning off my power for 24 hours, in 30° weather. I received a response the very next day, and I was assured that someone would look into the matter to try to make sure it does not happen to anyone else. I sincerely appreciate the hard work of this department. Thank you!
If I could give these people a zero I would. Never talked to such rude people with an attitude. I'm sorry you have to do your JOB!!! How do they get away with it.
The guy who answered the phone is the only reason my pipes didn't burst. National Grid never turned on the power to our new house because of some issue with their website and refused to send anyone to turn it on for at least 3 days (which was during a snow and ice storm) even though we have 2 small children and it was going to be about 15 degrees. One call from here and a worker was at my house in 15 minutes. This department isn't miracle workers, they can't make everything happen, but they definitely can help
I thank God,M because Mark was very helpful and compassionate. He was able to contact National Grid on my behalf and I got my services restored despite the large bill I have. He worked hard to get me into a payment plan that would work for me and my family.
They take too long processing the background checks for Uber / Lyft Drivers, the worst customer service. It’s definitely a very inefficient department
