City of Boston Cut Services So there is no place to bring yard waste or schedule a pickup. If i lived in High Rent SeaPort Area,It would be taken care of. But us Working residents that are unemployed. And doing chores around the house playing catch up cause we're not working 60 to 70 hrs aweek to pay bills.We are the residents that dont have time to do social media cause we are working or sleeping. Only reason i can post is cause no work and poor service. No one answers phone's . New Normal ordinary service become poor service.
Don't answer the phone ever. Even when 311 is connecting you. You people serve the constituents of the city and you have worst customer service than an company I can think of aside from utility companies who do no give a damn about their customers. Your employees are rude/disrespectful and time and time again BPW worker disappoint you. Why do we pay taxes for service that is this constantly terrible from a government entity?
It's just a maintenance facility
