Angela was super helpful and patient as I had alot of questions pertaining to this pandemic and how it effects our tax return. She was great and I had my friend see her too. Best around...definitely go see her and ill be back next year.

The woman that I initially saw to do my taxes was actually not good at all. She didn't seem very knowledgeable and instead of completing everything during my appointment, she tried to ask me to come back in a week!!!! Thankfully I called the next day and spoke to Angela and she was much better. Although it's disappointing that I had to call them to find out the amount of my state taxes because they were never filed and I couldn't see my paperwork for that, only federal.nnUpdate: it's been well over 21 days since my return was filed but I have not received a refund. Tried calling the office to help but they are literally NO help!!! And the discount on fees that I was supposed to be getting, I still haven't seen so I pretty much paid hundreds of dollars just to make sure I could get the advance. Other than that, they seem pretty useless. Brought my fiance there too to get his taxes done and got stuck waiting an hour because they let another customer take our appointment!!!! Who does that?!?!?

Angela was great! Very knowledgeable about taxes. I would recommend going to Jackson Hewitt, it’s in front of the service desk at Walmart, so it’s very convenient.
