I'm so pleased with my new Phonak hearing aids. The fit so well I don't feel them in my ears. The Technician was knowledgeable and easy to understand all the nuances to the State of the art technology. More importantly they are reasonable priced. Especially to a retiree on a fixed budget.

Audiologist, Terri Loewenthal, is very thorough and detailed. She takes her time to explain all aspects of the products and their proper use. My mother-in-law was recently fitted for hearing aides for the first time, and Terri was very patient with her, to ensure she could manage before leaving the office.

I was scared of the idea of losing my hearing but felt very comforted by Terri and her Staff from the moment I entered the door , through my testing, fitting and final moments of my appointment. Terri was referred by a close friend and I am referring Terri to to people as well.
