My nine year old has been coming for a few months and it has been an AMAZING experience! The front office is so accommodating and so nice. The best part of our experience has been having the pleasure of working with Nicole Barreto, she’s walked us through everything has been so extremely nice and made my nine year old feel so comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better person for my daughter to have gotten her pallet expander and braces done by. She was nervous going in but she’s now excited to go to her appointments and it’s all because of Nicole ! Highly recommend

The staff at Family Ortho is just superior to any office in the dental field. They are so caring and understanding. They explain things so well and keep the patient and their family in their mind when caring for them. Thank you!! You make my job, as a mom, much easier. ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

So my overall experience with this office was short lived mostly due to the pandemic and now that I’ve moved and had time to review my experience, I have to say the experience I had with dealing with this office compared to my dentist AND oral surgeon in Milford MA was what I would describe as falling short in the customer service/financial experience. I want to quickly preface this with the mention that my initial orthodontist was great and when I did get into the office for my treatments, the employees were fine. I rated this office three stars for a couple of key reasons. Back in August of 2019, I sought ortho treatment and had a good time of it up until the coronavirus pandemic hit in 2020. Naturally all of the offices went into chaos mode and I didn’t have any expectations to be treated during the initial shut down. They shut down in March as MA law required. However much to my surprise, the office then opened back up on May 5th, 2020. My dentist and oral surgeon followed up with me personally with follow up appointments around May. However Family Ortho didn’t follow up with me personally until September of that year and I will admit, I should have called them as well, however I assumed since I didn’t hear anything from them that they were still closed. I asked the office why I never received any notification and they said that they did send me some email that stated that they would be opening back up in May. This isn’t what concerned me. What concerned me was that this email literally fell through my hundreds of emails and I never signed up to receive notification via email for this reason. I also never got the official email receipt that this message was sent directly to me. I can tell the woman just pulled up some email sent to someone else and sent it to me just to satisfy my question of what this email was about. I signed up to receive notification via SMS which I never received by the way. So, going 5 months with no treatment, my family member (who was not aware of this email either even though they were the ones making the payments), we were still obligated to pay. So not only were we both not aware that the office was doing treatments, we didn’t get a follow up until September and we paid for treatments that we never received. Keep in mind that we switched orthos at this point because I was moving so we would have still gotten makeup treatment I’m sure. The financial department was pretty fast at throwing the agreement in our face and in ALL honesty, a simple apology on their end would have been good for us and we would have had no trouble walking away. But we didn’t even get that to be honest. Just an obvious disgruntled employee. The place is great until you start questioning your bill. Let’s just put it that way. I thought this place was more professional than that. So I was quite surprised by their customer service and I’m disappointed by the treatment of how they handled this particular issue. You’re not the only place that dealt with the pandemic and the other offices stepped up their game.

Very professional in treating patients and it is great place for Orthodontic treatment.
