The staff at this store are so helpful and provide authentic, honest recommendations that are tailored to what you’re looking for, not what they are trying to sell. The first time I went in I was looking for a specific ring, but left with three because the woman who helped was so wonderful. I can’t wait to continue to build my collection, and only hope that they open a Newbury street location soon!

I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the store. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely nice. The best part was I was showed pieces I was looking for, but didn't feel pressured to purchase or made to feel at all uncomfortable for just looking. Very positive experience and highly recommend going to this store location.

I can’t stop talking about this store! I went in to the seaport location to get a new ring and i was greeted by the staff warmly. They were all knowledgeable and helpful, i was having trouble finding a ring i saw on the website and that’s when i met the manager. She offered such great alternatives. She was kind and patient with me while i decided which ring i was going to purchase. I was struggling with the price of one and she went above and beyond to show me rings more in my price range, but that were similar to the pricier one i wanted. The store is handling COVID so nicely that i felt safe going in. All around this was a great experience and i recommend this company to all of my friends when they ask where i get my jewelry.

I went in for a piercing and I was blown away by the experience. First, the whole process is so professional and seamless with the waivers and covid protocols. I got a second piercing with Matt and he was amazing. Eased my mind on the pain (there was none!) walked me through some breathing exercises and gave me easy tips for care. I am so incredibly pleased and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Also, obviously the jewelry is beautiful and high quality.

I came on a Friday evening with no expectations other than to buy the one ring I’ve been wanting for a while. They wound up not having the ring because of how extremely popular it was, but I walked out with so much more. Going into any jewelry store it’s always expected to get some side eyes or the sales people trying to push you to get something a little more expensive. However, it was the polar opposite at Mejuri. My experience in Mejuri was outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you instantly notice they put a lot of effort into making sure their environment is clean, and that is huge. But the main reason for this review is the service I received. The service provided was something I wish could happen more often. It was genuine, helpful, and realistic. The ladies, not once, made me feel unimportant or as if I was a burden, which is hard to come by these days. I like to take my time and ask questions and they were there for every question I had. They didn’t seem to fake a personality; they were just themselves and I truly appreciated that. I wound up purchasing two rings that I absolutely love and wear every day. I will definitely continue to make this my top jewelry store.
