I don’t know much about jewelry repair but Billy made it easy and was very transparent about my options and the their respective value for my broken necklace. I dropped it off on a Friday and it was ready the following Monday. Though the limited hours of op made it a little difficult to pick up with my 9-5p workweek, Billy didn’t at all mind holding my piece and his care for it was totally worth the wait. My necklace looks brand new and his solder job is undetectable! Can’t recommend this place enough.
