Frank Best welcomed me as I arrived and explained the work to be done and its likely schedule. As a professional educator and a vocational technical training affiliate I have always found the Service Division helpful and accommodating. Imperial is a great resource for the area and an excellent example of efficiency and work ethic for the graduates of Blackstone Valley Tech.

We walked in to test drive a car, and ended up walking out with it. The buying experiences was great Jean and Ahmad explained everything. Love love my car but the pick up experience was extremely lacking from what I expected after just spending 25,0000+ on a car. We were told we would get a call when the car was ready for pick up and they would have it all buffed and cleaned inside. We got the super polysteel package to ensure all the car would stay in great condition over the years. Whoever cleaned the car did a horrible job, none of the scuffs were buffed out (which they clearly could have been), there is a ding in the bottom of the driver door with a small dot of paint missing (I know 100% was not there the day we bought it), the radio and gauges had drip marks from whatever they used to clean the inside and looks like they forgot to wipe it. The seats have huge obvious streaks all over the place like they did not fully wipe everything with the polysteel, and on the passenger seat there is a quarter size white mark, not sure if it's the polysteel that they didn't wipe and it just dried like that. I could have done a better clean up job. Moral of the story, great buying experience, horrible pick up experience. So don't expect your new car to be spotless when you get it.
