Excellent service, quick response. My husband have commercial policy lot of things need help, these people solved all problems in no time. Specially Kate, she very kindly and responsible person. Me and my Husband, we strongly recommend these people to whom may concern.

The people who work there are willing to deal with alot of craziness on the phone to help you out. They will have you leaving there with no questions or concerns about an issue that you originally went in there about. They also are very welcoming even through these hard times with the pandemic COVID-19 , they still take on alot of work and you NEVER have to wonder if you did something wrong with any insurance paperwork or if you have any concerns they ALWAYS take the time to make you feel as though your the ONLY one there with them, even on the phone. You never feel as if you are getting shunned off so they can get you out of there or off the phone as fast as they can. They are great people and a great company they deal with alot of other insurance places and they most likely have your insurance company going through them as like a sister company. So all in all this place is GREAT!!!! Call or see them in the office and I bet you will have a weight lifted off your shoulders from the worry of anything to do with insurance/insurance companies. They do all the work and have great attitudes doing and dealing with the impossible. My father's insurance was making him go crazy over an issue because he's not an insurance worker so the company he had was NOT helping him out in any way but stressing him out over a paper making him think he wasn't going to have insurance even though he paid for a full year, so him just dealing with them alone didn't help him with anything and they made him do all this running around for nothing, still nothing got fixed even though he did jump through their hoops.. So I brought him here to metro south insurance and in less than a half hour they fixed the problem.. Im NOT saying your case will be under a half hour, but I definitely can say you leave with answers and no more stress.. Thanks for the work you did and continue to do for my dad guys..
