I've been renting a home that the Mercure Group, Inc, has had listed for the last 4 months.nnTheir communication with us has been poor, with multiple incidences of their agents letting people into the home with no supervision/guidance, and even with instances where the agent never showed and therefore we (the tenants) led the people around. They've been unprofessional with returning our calls, and ignored when a viewer verbally harassed my wife (insults about her work/appearance). Dayle, the real estate agent working most consistently with the place I'm living, consistently shows up late and flustered to showings.nnPerhaps they were committed to real estate when they started, but my experience in 2016 is beyond poor.
