This was my first time going there.I was a walk in customer and greeted so nicely.i had my hair cut and layered and it came out beautiful.i also had my brows done.so amazing.I will recommend them to my friends family and coworkers.Thank you for a great experience.
Absolutely unprofessional. I had an appointment late in the afternoon with a specific stylist that had been recommended and I had researched. I got there and was told the stylist went home in the morning (which is understandable, things happen). No one called me. The owner was surprised when I came in for my appointment. She said I should just come back tomorrow. Very dismissive and not understanding that some of don’t have that kind of free time. Things happen but there was zero communication or ownership of the situation. Incredibly poorly run place.
Merys very professional and loving, when it comes to haircuts I always think of her. She also have an amazing staff for eyebrows highly recommended.
