Waited on hold for 2 hours! Seriously, I understand there’s a pandemic and most are working from home but there’s no way that you’re soooo busy that you’re not able to answer a call that has been on hold for 2 hours. I literally need to speak to someone because the website can not answer my question about my child’s benefits. Absolutely unacceptable, they also hung up after my 2 hour wait!

My one star rating is for no handicap parking. Very unacceptable. Bringing my elderly mother who is partially blind with other disabilities, uses a walker on good days wheel chair on other days. No where to drop her off, all down hill on broken sidewalks. She could of gotten seriously injured if I was not escorting her.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful.nI showed up around 11 maybe waited in line 2 - 3 minutes, filled out forms & out. Line was moving fairly well while i was there. Was told I'll receive a call in 24 - 48 hrs.nI received a call in 2 hrs. VERY friendly person , completed application rather quickly. First time there & no problems at all.

Most miserable staff i have ever encountered. All around rude demeanor and tone. Care less to help/assist you. Would love to give zero stars if i could.
